
I have been using Black seed oil for a while now and have been pleasantly surprised. It has been around for 2000 years originating in Southwest Asia. Once Covid hit I was doubling down on ways to increase my immunity. The research behind it was solid so I have been using it.
The crazy thing about it is it has been used historically for many things including:
Immune Support
Respiratory support
Heart support
Digestion
The list goes on and is extensive.
